- The first Merry Makers cartoon. Merry Makers was the last series produced by Famous Studios before Paramount shut down cartoon production at the end of 1967.
- The short was inspired by the 1957 Flebus comic story "Strange Footprints", with Jim Tyer credited on a story.[1]
