Summary[]
Percy visits a store and buys a do-it-yourself hi-fi kit. His pesky neighbor Ralph insists on helping put it together. They get the tweeter hooked up, and it calls every cat in the neighborhood. The woofer calls all the dogs, who chase the cats away. The neighbor hooks up the wrong wires, and the set explodes. Percy kicks his neighbor out and stomps on the hi-fi. It begins to play... Anyone with knowledge of audio electronics will laugh at this one.
