Summary[]
Katnip is dirty Western outlaw Cat Carson, who is wanted "Dead or Alive." The saloon mice run from Cat Carson, who attempts to eat them every chance that he gets. Cat Carson happens to spoil the mice's hootenanny the same day that city cousin Herman is due for a visit. The mice defeat Cat Carson, then have him tarred and feathered and run out of town. The saloon mice elect Herman sheriff.
