Casper's Birthday Party is a 1959 Casper the Friendly Ghost cartoon.
Summary[]
Today is Casper's birthday and he writes a letter on a desk for his ghost parents to notice that he is going out to invite people into his birthday party. Casper tries to find people to invite, but due to the fact that he's a ghost, all of them shriek by his appearance. After all of these attempts fail, Casper gives up and sadly goes back to his home but is surprised by the other ghosts who came to his birthday party, quickly brightening up Casper's mood, knowing he has people who care for him.
